When I was having trouble with my central air unit, Pro HVAC Services answered my call right away. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. They did a very professional inspection and gave me a thorough assesment of the problem. They were able to give me options on the repairs which was honest and refreshing. After assessing what direction would be best for me, I was able to have my central air unit running again quickly. They did an excellent job, they worked quickly, and were very respectful of my house. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was the most thorough and honest service I have ever received from a contractor. He was punctual, patient, neat, kind, and fairly priced. He also explained the work that he completed each time. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. In one month I hired him three times - two of those times to repair faulty work from another contractor. He fixed a Bryant furnace, installed a Rheem combi unit on an older home, and installed a new thermostat. He is also state licensed and insured. I have learned my lesson and will always check first. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you again, Flavius! Great company.
One thing I will always praise is great customer service! And he has certainly provided that! He's been very responsive, came out the same night I contacted him, and charged a fair price. If you need an HVAC professional, look no further!
Outstanding work was done by this guy very organized and knows what he's doing he was in and out I would definitely recommend this guy further all your HVAC needs It was on time when he said he was going to be here and very detailed about what was wrong and handled and fixed the issue the first time

Pro HVAC has been a great company to work with, he has gone above and beyond finding solutions that work for us and after another large hvac company came in and said our heat had to be red tagged and shut off in the 20 degree weather outside, he proved their work and inspection was not accurate to our system and we have heat back on while we wait for the timing to get a new more efficient system in. I believe highly in integrity and honesty in a company and I’ll definitely be recommending Pro hvac and I’ll continue to use them for all future needs.
